A charismatic leader, strategic thinker and an atmosphere changer. Sandra Deckard is the First Lady and Co-Pastor of Green House International Church in North Houston, Texas with a Bachelor’s degree in Theology and currently perusing her Masters as a Nurse Practitioner.

Lady Deckard is married to the founder and Pastor of Green House International Church, Pastor E.A. Deckard. While obligations to ministerial commitments are a priority, First Lady Deckard ensures that her covenant relationships are well maintained. She serves as a faithful and devoted wife to her husband, loving mother to their children: Jessie, Diamonic, Chasate, the late Genesis Ne’vaeh Deckard and granddaughter: Harmonee Bryant. Lady Deckard confessed her calling into the Gospel Ministry in the year of 2000 to teach the gospel that will honor and give God the glory.

In 2007, Pastor Deckard and First Lady formed Green House International Church where together they both bring compassion, biblical wisdom and integrity to Green House International Church. As the first lady, she has coined her vision through the loss of her child, Genesis Ne’vaeh Deckard, to “recharge, restore, renew and rebuild” women that has been broken trying to handle life’s challenges daily. She is passionate on empowering, encouraging and equipping women to stand “victorious” over any situation and to introduce women to an intimate relationship with Christ.

Although her vision is to recharge, restore, renew and rebuild women, God placed it on her heart to create the Genesis Ne’vaeh House which was birthed out the heart of First Lady to allow girls to begin again. Beyond her ministry platform, First Lady Deckard is a (CNO) Chief Nurse Officer providing care to those in need of medical, mental and spiritual care in the greater Houston area. She has serviced a mission trip to Jamaica by bringing the word of God to men, women and children. To celebrate Dr. Martin Luther King Day, she along with other community leaders in Houston marched with the End Mass Incarceration movement to proclaim justice for all.

She has served in several other capacities as an exemplary leader and an example of a virtuous woman. Lady Deckard has been inducted into the Hall of Fame among women in the City of Houston for her services at The Naomi House. She’s an active soldier for No More Bloodshed and a voice to bring awareness to help end Domestic Violence.
